How to Get Started
Your journey to better health can begin at any time. There's no need to wait for the perfect moment—start today or tomorrow and take the first steps towards achieving the body and health you deserve. This beginner-friendly 14-day program is designed to accommodate your lifestyle, offering both flexibility and structure to help you reach your goals.
Setting Goals
Before you embark on your fitness journey, it's essential to understand why you're working out in the first place. Whether it's to lose body fat, gain muscle, relieve aches and pains, or simply improve your quality of life, clarifying your goals will help you stay focused and motivated throughout the program.
Here's how the program works:
Perform the Weight Workout three days a week, with at least one rest day in between each session (e.g., Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
Incorporate the Cardio Workout into your routine twice a week, on the days between your Weight Workouts (e.g., Tuesday and Thursday). If you're pressed for time, you can do the Cardio Workout immediately following two of your Weight Workouts.
Before each Weight Workout, complete the warmup to prepare your body for the exercises.
