No amount of training can outwork a bad diet. So, before you dive into the workout program, let's focus on getting your nutrition right.

Are you ready to supercharge your core musculature and ignite your metabolic rate?
Edris’s 10 simple dietary changes, derived from years of experience and extensive research, could be the key to unlocking your six-pack potential.
Avoid refined and processed foods whenever possible to fuel your body with wholesome nutrition.
Aim to eat three to four times a day, spacing your meals roughly every three hours for optimal energy levels.
Base each meal around a portion of protein, such as eggs, fish, chicken, or lean meats, to support muscle growth and repair.
Snack on nutrient-rich foods between meals, like nuts, seeds, avocado, or fresh fruits, to curb hunger and maintain energy levels.
Incorporate starchy carbs into your breakfast and second meal, such as oatmeal, rye, or sprouted bread, along with a piece of fruit. My go-to's are coffee in the morning, toast or wrap before the gym, and a smoothie or fruit salad after the gym.
